Dry Brushing: This technique involves brushing your skin with a natural bristle brush without using any moisture or water. Try this mixture as body scrub: 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey.
Rinse your body with warm water, then apply scrub in a circular motion all over the body and wash it. You can use scrub 1-2 times/ week or as needed.
