1. Say no to un-brushed hair! Brushing your hair before you go off to sleep is important to distribute your hair’s natural oil evenly. This improves circulation in your scalp and keeps your scalp healthy!
2. Your hair is what you eat! It’s not just about the kind of products you use on your hair. No matter how many fancy/organic/exotic hair products you use, your hair can never be healthy unless you eat right, i.e. more protein, nuts and whole grains.
3. Daily shampoo (NOT) “The more the merrier” rule is definitely not applicable when it comes to shampoo. Excessive shampooing harms more than helping out. Stick to a shampoo regimen of 2-3 times per week!
4. COOOOL IT! A hot shower absorbs the moisture from your hair leaving it dry and brittle. There is no need to say no to a hot shower. All you need to do is end it with a cool rinse.
