‘Health is wealth’ is one true proverb. Without health there is no tomorrow for us. Our bodies take a lot of pressure and suffer a lot of abuse from us and we are too lazy or worried about expenses to take care of our body. Our bodies, by definition, are what carry us forward and hence, it must be our utmost priority.
Here are a few ways you can take care of your body without spending too much:
1.Consume fruits and vegetables:
Follow one solid piece of advice and add consumption of fruits and vegetables to your everyday diet. Consume green leafy vegetables for iron and minerals. Make it a priority to consume fruits everyday to give your system enough fibre. Always plan your meals in such a way so that vegetables are a part of it daily.
2.Hydrate well:
Drink 2-3 litres of water every day. Water helps us remove the excess of toxins from our body and helps us circulate blood in the body. It also has been shown to help in reducing significant amount of fat from our bodies.
3.Exercise regularly:
It is probably the most inexpensive way to care for your body. Daily strolls, brisk walks, running and some easy home adaptable exercises can put a lot of effect on your regular regimen. Exercise will help the body to be more flexible, active and releases a lot of tension.
4.Sleep more:
We underestimate the power of a good sleeping habit. Try to sleep for at least 7-8 hours uninterrupted. It can help the body to regain a lot of lost energy and power.
5.Pamper yourself:
Last but not the least, pamper yourself silly. Try to squeeze in a massage or a facial at least once a month and feel the difference in your personality and body.
Our bodies are always working hard physically and mentally. It is very important to treat your body right. Follow these few steps and feel energised with minimal amount of spending.
